STAFF CARD

Staff cards issued by the Division of Safety for permanent and contract staff appointed by UPM. Applicants are required to fill out a form (OPR/BKU/BR01/STAFF CARD) and bring together: -

 

 i) A copy of the letter of offer.

 ii) Passport size picture backgrounds RED (1 piece).
